HELP on PASSWORDS

Passwords and usernames are issued to all domain holders and to each Network member who has an active profile when they are added to our database. If you have forgotten your password we can look up the passwords used for the following:
  • Member profile - this allows you to change your company information, update plants and vendor categories
  • FTP Access
  • Postmaster
  • Send an email requesting the information to customerservice@growit.net. DO NOT fill out a new password request for a 'forgotten' password.
  • Password requests that are filled out completely in capital letters will not be processed.

We cannot look up passwords for individual email boxes. The Domain postmaster can change the password to allow access.

Passwords are issued to non-member growers to facilitate adding their 10 free plants to the nationwide buyer's guides.

Passwords are NOT issued to landscapers or vendors. Please use our form found at editing/updating to request a password
